Welcome to your project's digital home

Hello team! This is the place where all the team members for the North Kipling Create an Opera project can meet and stay up to date on the project. Some of us on the team will not be in the class or may only drop in once or twice, but that doesn't mean we are not actively involved and able to support you from HQ! Katherine and Zoe along with Diana and a few COC people will be staying on top of what is happening in the classroom so we can provide resources for the teachers as well as our artists. We have access to many lesson plans and activities that might be useful in linking the project to different curriculum areas. Don't hesitate to send us a message with a request for ideas.

I have emailed you several documents that give you step by step info on how to use this blog and if you are having any issues send me an email or give me a call and I will walk you through it.

We ask that our participants send a message at the end of each session so we know how the class went and what was accomplished each day. If you have any photos, videos or audio recordings that you would like to add to the blog, contact me and I can help you to upload them.

We'll see you Thursday at the preliminary meeting! Think about Goals you have for yourself and your students in this project, possible themes or areas of study that you would like to include, strengths and weaknesses of your classes and most importantly - how much fun we are going to have!

see you soon,
Zoe
